I bring over 10 years of professional experience spanning private, public, and non-profit sectors. My expertise is rooted in the ability to focus on the human part of your organization, and I believe that emotional intelligence is a crucial skill that can bring foundational change to your business.

I have a proven track record of building and executing strategic and operational plans. I'm a generalist with in-depth expertise and specialties in areas such as non-profit board governance, large-scale event production, data analysis, market research, strategic planning, marketing, fundraising, and communications. I'm fluent in creating a clear path forward for my clients and excel in collaborating with multi-stakeholder environments to create buy-in from CEOs to board members, staff, external stakeholders, and volunteers.

I am a lifelong learner and am currently completing my Masters of Business Administration with a specialty in Strategic Planning. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree, English Major, Communications minor, and extended minor in Media and Communications studies. Throughout my career, I have deepened my skillset with professional development opportunities including Crucial Conversations™, anti-racism education, intersectional and justice-oriented leadership, and resiliency training. I care deeply about my communities and have volunteered with numerous boards. Most recently, I held the position of Chair with the University of Fraser Valley Alumni Association.

In my personal life, I have a creative edge, tenacious attitude, and knack for problem-solving. My passions for cooking, puzzles, and taking in the Vancouver landscape on long-distance bike rides are evidence of this.
